Last updated: 10.06.2026
This policy explains how the content published on www.cepulamea.org (the “Site”) may and may not be used by automated systems, including search engines, web crawlers, and artificial intelligence (“AI”) systems. It supplements the Site’s Privacy Policy.
1. Summary
- ✅ You may index this Site for search, and AI search/answer services may retrieve and quote it to answer user questions — with attribution and a link back.
- ❌ You may not use any content from this Site to train, fine-tune, or develop AI or machine-learning models, or include it in datasets for that purpose.
- All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
2. Ownership
All content on the Site — including text, articles, images, photographs, graphics, and code samples — is owned by the website owner unless otherwise stated, and is protected by copyright and related rights under the laws of the European Union, and international treaties.
© 2026 CePulaMea . All rights reserved.
3. Permitted uses
The following uses are permitted without prior permission:
- Search engine indexing — crawling and indexing by search engines to display titles, snippets, and links in search results, including AI-generated search summaries (e.g., Google AI Overviews).
- AI search and answer services — real-time retrieval of Site pages by AI assistants or AI search engines to answer a specific user query, provided that the response clearly attributes www.cepulamea.org as the source and includes a link to the original page.
- Quotation — short quotations for commentary, criticism, review, or news reporting, with attribution and a link, within the limits of applicable law.
- Personal use — reading, printing, or saving pages for personal, non-commercial use.
- Sharing links to any page of the Site.
4. Prohibited uses
Unless you have my prior written permission, you may not:
- Use any content from the Site to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or otherwise develop any AI or machine-learning model, including large language models, image-generation models, or embedding models.
- Copy, scrape, or compile content from the Site into datasets, corpora, or archives intended for AI/ML development, or sell, license, or distribute such datasets.
- Store Site content in a vector database or knowledge base for purposes other than answering an individual user’s real-time query as described in Section 3.2.
- Reproduce substantial portions or entire articles in AI-generated output in a way that substitutes for visiting the Site.
- Circumvent, ignore, or disguise yourself to evade any technical measure used by the Site, including
robots.txtdirectives, user-agent blocks, rate limits, or firewall rules — including by using undeclared, spoofed, or rotating crawler identities.
5. Reservation of rights for text and data mining (EU)
In accordance with Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790 on copyright and related rights in the Digital Single Market, and the national laws transposing it, The owner of this website expressly reserves all rights to the use of the Site’s content for text and data mining, including for the purpose of training AI models.
This reservation is expressed in machine-readable form through:
- the Site’s
robots.txtfile (https://www.cepulamea.org/robots.txt), which disallows known AI-training crawlers; - the TDM Reservation Protocol file https://www.cepulamea.org /.well-known/tdmrep.json) and corresponding
tdm-reservationmetadata;
and in human-readable form through this policy. This reservation applies to all content on the Site, whether or not a particular crawler is listed in robots.txt.
Providers of general-purpose AI models are reminded of their obligation under Article 53(1)(c) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the AI Act) to identify and respect such reservations of rights.
Nothing in this policy restricts uses that are permitted by mandatory law and cannot be excluded by contract, such as text and data mining for scientific research by research organisations and cultural heritage institutions under Article 3 of Directive (EU) 2019/790.
6. Content already collected
If you operate an AI system or dataset that already contains content from the Site obtained in breach of this policy, I request that you delete it and exclude it from future training.
7. Licensing requests
If you would like to use the Site’s content for AI training or any other purpose not permitted above, contact me. Permission is only valid if granted in writing.
8. Reporting misuse
If you believe content from the Site is being used in violation of this policy, please report it to the contact page of this website. I reserve the right to take any action available under applicable law, including blocking access, sending takedown notices, and seeking damages.
9. Changes to this policy
I may update this policy at any time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued access to the Site by automated systems after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
10. Governing law
This policy is governed by applicable European Union law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent EU court, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules.
